Our field based Advanced Practice Providers are equipped with everything needed to treat common to complex injuries and illnesses in the home through comprehensive health assessments, including diagnosis, treatment, and outcome management, for patients of all ages. Our innovative model allows us to provide definitive care in the home, including point of care laboratory studies, minor procedures, splinting, wound care, suturing, IV fluid and medication administration. We provide whole person care by facilitating timely follow up and care coordination. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional clinical skills, strong communication abilities and a commitment to compassionate care. What You'll Do Shift Scheduling: May start as early as 8AM or 10AM depending on the market. You will need to be available to work a mix of both early morning and late afternoon shifts for each 10-hour shift.
