This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new and growing program at the intersection of cardiology and genomics. The APP will collaborate with cardiologists, genetic counselors, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care before and after genetic testing, provide follow-up care, and help integrate precision medicine into clinical practice. Ideal candidates will have prior cardiology experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation and patient-centered care. Schedule: 4- 10-hour shifts per week (typically 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) in an outpatient setting.- Sc hedule and hours are variable and subject to change based on organizational need.
