Overview: As an APP in the CDU, you will play a critical role in patient care, including admissions, coordinating in-hospital treatment, and managing transitions to outpatient services or inpatient admissions when necessary. You will work closely alongside dedicated CDU physicians to deliver seamless, patient-centered care. Ideal Candidate: Experience in a hospital setting is required. Prior experience in a Clinical Decision Unit or Emergency Department is highly preferred. Strong motivation, excellent teamwork, and leadership skills are essential. Compensation: The starting salary for this position is: $127,287.00 (annually).
