Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice. Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine. 2 years' experience managing high-acuity patients. Commitment to improving patient experience and outcomes. Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (NPs). Preferred Qualifications Specialty training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or Geriatrics. Experience working with senior populations or in Value-Based Care settings. Proficiency with electronic health records Athena Health and digital documentation.
