The incumbent will carry out the plan of care for their patient panel, participate in performance improvement activities, maintain professional practice standards and clinical expertise, and demonstrate leadership skills. The Clinical Nurse Practitioner also participates as an active member in team meetings, office flow improvement and QI/QA; documents all clinical activities accurately and in a timely manner per protocols and Joint Commission standards and collaborates with other healthcare professionals & sub-specialties inclusive of complex family planning; and other duties as assigned by the Medical Division Director and Nursing Leadership.
