Safety, Sanitation and Infection Control: Understands and follows safety, sanitation and infection control policy and procedures, to include but not limited to proper hand washing, proper wearing of masks and gloves and promptly reports any violations to supervisor. In-service and continuing education: Attend orientation and in-service as required by the state. Completes all required on-line education as deemed necessary by the state and the facility. Resident Rights and relationships: Understands, complies with, and promotes all rules regarding residents’ rights. Promotes positive relationships with residents, visitors and government regulators, to include presenting a professional appearance and attitude.
