Job Summary: Greet patients, direct to exam rooms, prepare for exam. Routine assistance during exams: set up trays for injections, measure and record progress of patients, take and record vital signs. Assist with general office duties, reception, appointment scheduling, filing and chart preparation. Contact various insurance companies to obtain authorizations for physical therapy, MR's, CT's, surgery, etc. Contact primary care physicians to obtain referrals on new patients or extensions of referrals on current patients. Minimum Qualifications: NYS licensed/registered LPN. Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required. Preferred Qualifications: Prior orthopedic or urgent care experience preferred. Job Summary: Position Summary: Screen patients, take vital signs, review medication list, assist clinician with exams, maintain patient flow Record concise, accurate and complete information regarding patient history, medications, teaching, etc., as per policy. Job Summary: Responsible for clinical and clerical support to the Neurology private clinical practices. Duties include taking patient vitals, weights, blood pressures and rooming patients; assist providers with minor procedures as needed.
