Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pay Rate: $32.69–$37.50 per hour Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (paid quarterly over 18 months) for full time positions. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in delivering quality nursing care to students. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN uses independent nursing judgment to assess, document, and evaluate the effects of care. Alternating Schedule: Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday | 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday | 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Provide direct nursing care in alignment with each student’s health needs. Accurately assess, document, and monitor care outcomes. Collaborate with RNs, ancillary staff, and the student care team to maintain professional standards of practice. Support school policy, mission, and state regulations to ensure safe, effective care.
