Clinical Site Team Leader Position Summary: In conjunction with the Site Team Administrator, the Clinical Site Team Leader (CSTL) will act as a representative of the leadership team within their assigned facility. CSTL is responsible for developing and leading the team. · Coordinate and complete monthly schedules. Where gaps are present, work with the Scheduling Coordinator to fill shifts. Administrative/Clinical Functions: · Oversee medical operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing QCC policies and procedures. · Coordinate and collaborate with medical provider and mental health provider for scheduling, referrals, and treatment plans. · Achieve financial objectives by managing budgets regarding staffing, pharmacy, and ordering. · Complete and submit administrative reports in a timely manner. · Participate in continuous quality improvement audits, sentinel even reviews, and other meetings and provide recommendations for improvements, when needed. · Oversee and maintain supplies and ordering including medications, medical supplies, and patient care equipment. · Enforce and comply with all current and future state, federal, and local laws, including court orders. Responsibilities The Emergency Medical Dispatcher (EMD) is responsible for answering all 911 medical emergency calls and non-emergency calls related to EMS. EMD then dispatches the appropriate resources in accordance with EMD Card set to provide the appropriate resources for the emergency. EMD is responsible for tracking all resources, times and appropriate radio traffic for the emergency and entering into the 911 CAD system. The EMD needs to be proficient in multitasking as there is usually multiple emergencies happening at the same time. EMD must also answer non-emergency calls and be able to triage calls. The EMS Dispatcher reviews EPCR’s that are turned in to make sure all needed information is in place for billing information. Dispatchers also perform a variety of clerical duties. Job Responsibilities Working in post-acute facilities as an LPN Tracking the wellbeing of patients, both physical and mental, and monitoring their vital signs Conducting intakes, documenting health concerns and medical history of residents Administering and properly verifying medications and monitoring their effects Reviewing residents' charts and medical records Assisting with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility Maintaining appropriate stocks of medical supplies Participating in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures Helping with the orientation and training of medical staff Qualifications and Skills Current Kentucky state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program High school diploma (or GED/equivalent) Experience working in a post-acute care or in-patient setting (at least 4 months) Ready to Advance Your Career — and Live a Balanced Life?
