Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned UAS assessments, LHCSA assessments, quarterly aide supervisions and all associated documentation. The employee may be required travel to any one of our service areas throughout Orange and Rockland Counties Qualifications Requirements: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse in New York State, and have a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferably in the Assisted Living, Long Term Care or Geriatric fields.
