Attend trainings as assigned; maintain necessary certifications Qualifications Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and current licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Licensed Practical Nurse. 1 year experience in a community healthcare setting preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills with individuals, families, funding sources, consultants, the community at large, and the program and administrative staff.
