Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time oncology nursing experience or critical care experience; or 2. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time medical-surgical experience in an acute care setting and completion of Roswell Park Nursing orientation with the ability to function independently at a satisfactory level for three (3) months as a Nurse I at Roswell Park; or 3. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time medical-surgical experience in an acute care setting. NOTE: Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices. Preferred Qualifications The preferred candidate should have their Bachelor's degree in Nursing, minimum of 3 years of oncology experience in an inpatient or outpatient setting, and prior leadership experience as a Charge Nurse or Team Leader.
