Department Overview Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join our established practice in Astoria, Oregon. As an CNM with CMH, you will join an evidenced based practice in a thriving and supported environment. We offer an exceptionally collaborative practice where comprehensive, quality time with patients is a priority. Practice Details A four-day work week. Mix of both obstetrics and gynecology. Shared call, OB-GYN back. Patient population specifically expressing desire for midwifery care. Collaborative, interdisciplinary team focused on helping patients feel safe and heard. Guaranteed base salary with annual quality incentives. Hiring incentives including commencement bonus and relocation. Required Qualifications Master's of Nursing ACNM, AMCB, or ACC certification as a nurse-midwife. Ability to obtain active license with Oregon State Board of Nursing DEA Certificate Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals. Two years of clinical practice experience, preferred.
