As the Per Diem Aide, you will provide support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home. Primary Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminder Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
