The team consists of attending physicians, neurologists, psychiatrists and psychologists, RNs and LPNs, social workers, chaplains, and physical, speech, occupational and recreational therapists. JOB SUMMARY Is accountable for the delivery of nursing and patient care services; acts as a clinical and administrative resource during off-hour, weekend and holiday shifts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS MONITOR QUALITY CLINICAL PRACTICE AND PATIENT CARE SERVICE DELIVERY By assessing patient status, identifying unstable medical conditions and taking appropriate action.
