We do require valid CNA, HCA or that you can provide proof you are enrolled in HCA/CNA training. In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your team. Current Client Needs: Open to short 2 to 5 hour shifts Example shifts – 9AM – 12PM / 1PM -4PM / 4PM – 7PM Available for clients in Renton – SeaTac– Fall City – Mercer Island – Maple Valley and surrounding areas! We pay you for your travel time in-between clients. Paid Orientation & Training . You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training required. Caregiver Job Duties Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to): Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) Cooking and/or serving meals Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers Monitoring and reporting on their condition Additional Information Our hiring process is fast and simple! The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match. This includes but is not limited to fill-ins, new clients and training shifts with new caregivers. The primary responsibilities include the Caregiver Job Duties listed below. Our Lead Caregivers must be available to work on short notice during their assigned availability times with clients in any of their assigned branches service areas. Lead Caregiver Schedule: Thursday through Monday 9AM – 7PM or 8AM to 6PM / Wednesday through Sunday 9AM – 7PM or 8AM to 6PM Lead Caregiver Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour Why Family Resource Home Care? Oregon only – If you have not previously completed the state-required 8-hour Home Care Pulse caregiver training, you will be required to complete the training along with the nurse-led medication training before you can work with clients. You will be paid to complete both trainings!
