Responsibilities The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The Registered Nurse also directs and guides patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of care in the ICU. The Registered Nurse is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to his/her assigned patients; He/She communicates with the physician about changes in the patients clinical condition including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and abnormal results and symptomatology. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment. Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Current and valid state RN License.2. Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.3. Completion of Critical Care Course preferred. 4. Basic Arrythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.5. Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current. 6. Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care preferred.7. Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred. 8. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Overview We are seeking a Medical Surgical CNA, also referred to Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Med-Surg CNA. A Med Surg CNA will assist with patient care by supporting daily activities, mobility, feeding, and vital signs while monitoring for any changes. Additionally, the Med Surg CNA, will help nurses by maintaining supplies, assisting with wound care, and ensuring a clean, safe environment. Overview We are seeking an Intensive Care RN , also referred to as an ICU RN or Intensive Care Unit RN. The Intensive Care RN (ICU RN) will be responsible for providing intensive care to patients with life-threatening conditions. The ICU RN will have advanced skills in critical care settings, make quick decisions, and will be compassionate to all patients. An ICU RN monitors vital signs, blood oxygen levels, administer IV Fluids, and communicates effectively to the medical team to modify care plans accordingly. This position is on a per diem basis, meaning PD/PRN as needed.
