The RN would be on call from Friday at 4:30 pm until Monday at 8:00 am (eastern). The RN would be responsible to cover any as-needed visits that arise, as well as scheduled weekend visits including admission visits. The Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient health problems and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and maintaining medical records. May advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management. Licensing or registration required.
