Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure smooth operation of the department/unit. Qualifications EDUCATION Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Proficient in use of computer software to include electronic patient records. Must have ability to use internet for literature searches regarding care for patients. EXPERIENCE Previous RN experience must NOT exceed one year. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION Valid State of Connecticut Registered Nurse license. BLS Required. SPECIAL SKILLS RNs may be expected to work various shifts. Once orientation is successfully completed, the RN will transition to an open position that meets new graduate RN requirements.
