Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives. What You’ll Need Active RN license in the state of Iowa. BSN preferred; ADN accepted. Previous experience in home health or community nursing is a plus. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
