Assists with scheduling CRNA assignments each day during the new hire orientation period and ensuring comfort level with ectopic sites prior to orientation concluding. Communication: Communicates updates, changes, and issues to the CRNA group as needed or delegated by Chief CRNA. Administrative: Contributes and updates both CRNA Orientation Manual and Ambulatory CRNA Orientation Manual when necessary. Designates a mailbox for new staff CRNAs in the CRNA lounge and display a brief bio and picture of new staff CRNAs in a shadowbox outside of the CRNA lounge. Assists with onboarding new locums CRNAs.
