The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will work on a Full-time basis out of Helio Health’s Rochester Comprehensive Outpatient Program. The schedule will be Monday- Thursday, 5:30am-3:00pm and Saturdays 7:00am-11:00am. Pay Rate: $26.00- $28.00 per hour. Responsibilities Works in a variety of clinical settings providing medical and counseling services as a member of the multi-disciplinary treatment team. Work primarily with methadone dosing. Provide client services for medical issues. Monitors and documents clients’ medical status, signs and symptoms of withdrawal and reports to supervisor or medical director. Works with other medical staff for continuity of clients’ medical care. Communicates with clinical staff regarding clients’ medical concerns. Works directly with clients in providing medical services and interpreting medical information. Provides direct client care of medical assessment, implementation of medical orders, communicable and infectious disease reporting in accordance with the law. Provides public health and screening protocols.
