This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. As the Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide nursing assistance to physicians and maintain medical documentation. This Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) supports the clinical and call center operations of a high-volume family medicine and pediatric primary care practice. As our LPN, you will support both clinical and call-center operations, ensuring exceptional care for children of all ages. You will utilize approved pediatric telephone triage protocols, provide high-quality in-office clinical support, and maintain adherence to the CDC/ACIP pediatric immunization schedule. The LPN provides safe, evidence-based clinical support in the office, including pediatric vaccine administration with strict adherence to recommended immunization schedules, age-appropriate assessments, patient education, and coordination of care. The nurse also provides high-quality call center support by assessing symptoms, determining appropriate levels of care, documenting encounters, and assisting patients and families with clinical guidance.
