Overview The purpose of this position is to coordinate and support the medical needs of patients pursuing Pediatric Otolaryngology service. The position will partner with faculty physicians and residents in Otolaryngology to provide excellent clinical care and customer service for patients with Otolaryngology disorders. Qualifications Nurse Practitioners must have an MSN with a nurse practitioner focus. Must be a licensed RN by the Virginia Board of Nursing and a certified nurse practitioner. Physician Assistants must have an MPA. Must be a licensed Physician Assistant within the Commonwealth of Virginia. BLS and ACLS Certification required. Age-appropriate training for “population served” may depend on NP or PA program training and may require additional training as determined by the Hospital Medicine Division.
