Regional Director of Clinical Operations Full-Time | Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care We are seeking an experienced and passionate Regional Director of Clinical Operations to join our leadership team in our West Virginia Region. This role provides strategic clinical oversight, supports multiple communities, and ensures high-quality care delivery across our skilled nursing facilities. About the Role The Regional Director of Clinical Operations is responsible for overseeing clinical services, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting Directors of Nursing, and implementing clinical best practices. This position requires strong clinical leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support and guide multiple facilities. Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and support to assigned skilled nursing and long-term care facilities Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulatory standards Partner with facility leadership teams to improve quality measures, clinical programs, and resident outcomes Assist and mentor Directors of Nursing and clinical teams Monitor clinical performance metrics, conduct audits, and implement corrective action plans Support staff development through coaching, training, and hands-on guidance Participate in regional meetings, surveys, quality assurance initiatives, and performance evaluations Foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required in West Virginia.
