Advocate for the unit’s interests to upper management and collaborate in addressing issues as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care (preferred). At least 1 year of experience in a Unit Manager role (preferred). Valid LPN License required. Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
