Qualifications Education Postsecondary certificate, diploma, or program graduation from an accredited school of nursing. (Required) Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. (Preferred) Licenses/Certifications Registered Nurse (RN) – State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in the state of practice. (Required upon hire) Basic Life Support (BCLS).
