The Pediatric Group PRN / As Scheduled Summary Of Position The Registered Nurse performs assessment, planning, intervention, coordination, and evaluation of patient care. Nature and Scope The Registered Nurse functions independently within the limits of his/her license and training while contributing to the assessment, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Qualifications Successful completion of a licensed nursing program. Maintains current nursing license in the State of Ohio with completion of CNE requirements. Prior experience in an ambulatory health care facility preferred. Ability to learn related center tasks and be of assistance to management and physicians. Self-motivated to achieve the highest patient care and customer service standards. Familiarity with the EPIC EMR is strongly preferred. CPR certified within the first 3 months of employment. Thorough understanding of HIPAA law. 
This position is a Part-Time Nursing Assistant position working 12-hour shifts and 24 hours per week and every other weekend. The position can be cross-trained as needed. The position reports to the Director of In-Patient Services. Qualifications: 6 months’ experience in a health care environment desired Current CPR certification or successful completion upon hire to the position Computer skills to meet the needs of the position High School diploma or equivalent Prefer satisfactory completion of a current Nursing Assistant/Aide course Skill and Ability: Ability to think and work independently and with direction Good teamwork skills Good foundation of clinical skills and knowledge Excellent attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Physical abilities must allow for frequent working, stooping, bending, and frequent lifting and moving of patients All other duties as assigned Position: This position is an ICU RN position, working 7p-7pa and 12-hour shifts. Holiday and weekend hours are also 12-hour shifts. This position is 72 hours per pay period. The applicant will be cross trained to other departments within the facility, so they are able to float to the units. Qualifications: Currently licensed to practice in the State of Ohio. BSN preferred but not required. Current BLS Certification required. 1-2 years of ICU experience in acute care setting required. Skill and Ability: Interpersonal and analytical skills necessary to function under the current standards of nursing practices. Physically able to perform the functions of the position. ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire. Must complete and pass ECG class. TNCC certification is preferred. All other duties as assigned
