Job Responsibilities

Providing resident-focused, high-quality care while working as a RN in post-acute facilities
Developing individualized care plans for residents in coordination with the wider medical team

A Day in the Life: Program Administration Support Prioritize and organize the daily care of patients/ Make care assignments and assist in developing treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical staff. Complete required documentation of nursing notes, transfer forms, and other records to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Provide orientation and support to staff on the unit.
