A Day in the Life: Program Administration Support Prioritize and organize the daily care of patients/ Make care assignments and assist in developing treatment plans in collaboration with other clinical staff. Direct support staff to coordinate workflow and communicate problems to unit supervisors. Complete required documentation of nursing notes, transfer forms, and other records to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Provide orientation and support to staff on the unit. Program Management Support Provide ongoing assessment and documentation of individuals' physical and psychosocial status from admission to discharge to inform care decisions.
