We are looking for a skilled Cetified Nursing Assistants to become a part of our facility's compassionate care-giving team. The Cetified Nursing Assistant will interact directly with patients, providing comfort, monitoring their vital signs, and assisting with daily living needs. We are searching for a dedicated, compassionate, and energetic individual to be a vital link between our patients and the nurses and other team members. CNA Responsibilities Cetified Nursing Assistant assist with daily living activities. This includes delivering meals to patients, turning, and ambulating patients and providing plenty of fresh water, as well as extra nourishment between meals Cetified Nursing Assistant help patients with personal hygiene. The Nurse Practitioner provides primary care to enrolled participants by evaluating participant physical complaints and providing appropriate treatment. Provides emotional and spiritual support to participants. Provides management of medical emergencies as needs dictate. Ensures appropriate and timely documentation of medical care in the participant’s medical record, in compliance with InnovAge Greater PACE documentation policies. Identifies documents and corrects problems in medical records.
