This role does require pediatric and/or infant tracheostomy and ventilator experience. As part of the Transition Team, you will will be responsible for delivering quality care to clients and providing extensive training to the ongoing care team. Qualifications for Transition Registered Nurses: Have a current license as a Registered Nurse NICU, PICU, or home care trach/vent experience required Achieve a passing score on high-tech Pediatric simulations. Follow safety procedures for handling hazardous agents and blood/body fluids. Required Qualifications Active RN license in the state of practice. Minimum 2 years of RN experience. At least 1 year of clinical infusion therapy experience, including patient assessment and venous access skills. CPR/BLS certification. Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic area. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Experience in home infusion or specialty pharmacy settings.
