Overview 3 South is an 18 bed-unit in which the Registered Nurse (RN) provides care for patients admitted for general cardiac diagnoses as well as sepsis, COPD, pneumonia, and stroke. The RN also cares for patients requiring antiarrhythmic non-titrated drips. The patient population served tends to have multiple diagnoses requiring the RN to work closely with all of our Cardiologists as well as our Hospitalists to provide comprehensive care. The RN will utilize the nursing process in the provision of care and will practice within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act of the State of Arkansas and the policies, procedures and standards of the Health System. SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION: This position is a designated as “Safety Sensitive Position” under Act 593 of the State of Arkansas. A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient. Schedule : Full-time, four 10-hour shifts starting at 4:45am; Sundays off; no overnight shifts Compensation : Pay ranges from $33-$47 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience.
