The Day Center CNA ( Certified Nurse Assistant) works at our Adult Day Health Center assisting participants with ADLs (activities of daily living) and providing both restorative and supportive care. Follow the care plan and assist participants with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, hair care, mouth care, eating, and toileting. Document care provided in accordance with established policies, guidelines, and applicable regulations. Carry out, reports and documents care given in an effective, timely manner as observed by the RN and through periodic record reviews. Assist participants with restorative and supportive care such as ambulating, positioning, transferring, skin care, catheters, fills oxygen and provides other aides as assigned or needed. Responsibilities Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 hours between 7:00am and 4:30pm, including a one hour lunch Core Duties: The duties include, but are not limited to the following;• Coordinate patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals. Facilitate the achievement of optimal outcomes in relation to clinical care, quality and cost effectiveness.• Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the MTF. • Perform physical exam and health histories.• Provide health promotions, counseling, and education.• Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions. • Direct and supervise care provide by other healthcare professionals.• Accountable for making patient care assignments based on the scope of practice and skill level of assigned personnel. • Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and quickly react in emergency situations.• Communicate and collaborate with a diverse group of people for the purpose of informing the healthcare team of plans/actions, for teaching/education to benefit the patient/family and organization. • Make referral appointments and arrange specialty care as appropriate.• Perform nursing services identified in the TO.• Conduct research in support of improved practice and patient outcomes. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: * Degree: Associates degree in nursing * Education: Graduate from an academic program, within the nursing specialty field of study that is accredited by a regional or national nursing accrediting agency recognized by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). * Experience: Minimum 1 years experience as a RN within the past 24 months. * Licensure: Active, unrestricted RN license from any state. * Life Support Certification: Possess current ARC or AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification. * Security: Must possess ability to pass a Government background check/security clearance.

Position Description: Cardiac Cath Lab RN The Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse serves as a member of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team assisting in the performance of diagnostic and invasive procedures. Independently functions during diagnostic and interventions with minimal supervision. Provides critical nursing care to include administration of moderate sedation, monitoring for complications, and preparation for interventional procedures. Provide nursing care to Emergency patients having during interventional procedure. Monitor and record procedures.
