Demonstrates clinical and technical competence in performance of EP/ Cardiac Cath Lab related treatments and procedures including but not limited too: Tilt, Cardioversion, L & RHC, PCI, valve studies, diagnostic oximetry studies, peripheral angiography & interventions, pacemaker / AICD implants, electrophysiology studies and ablations. Prepares and calibrates transducers, oximeters and other equipment as required. Qualifications JOB SPECIFICATIONS(Minimum Requirements) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Working knowledge of; hemodynamic pressure recording/interpretation, sterile technique, EP/Cath and special procedures equipment and supplies, computer skills adequate to document nursing notes electronically. Specific knowledge of radiofrequency ablation devices, CARTO cardiac 3D mapping, Cardio-lab EP monitoring system, cardiac stimulator, remote assessment of implanted device function.
