Overview: Under the direction of the primary care operations team, the Primary Care Nurse works directly with Mercy Primary Care Providers to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way. The Primary Care Nurse will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for an attributed panel. Qualifications: Education: Diploma from an accredited school of nursing (RN or LPN). Licensure : Active nursing licensure in the state of Oklahoma (RN or LPN). Preferred Education: BSN.
