Accurately document patient medical history—including illnesses, medications, allergies, surgeries, and family history—using electronic health records. Qualifications Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license required or Compact State license- required. A minimum of 2 years LPN/LVN experience required. Able to educate patients and family on multiple disease processes and have good medication knowledge and wound care experience.
