CRNA Compensation & Benefits: Annual Salary $416,000 (4 shifts per pay period) $4000 per shift $40,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment) 7 Weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) $3,000 Annual CME Allowance Up to $10,000 relocation allowance for out of area/state relocation (with receipts) *receipts required Comprehensive Benefits Package : Medical, dental, vision, life, disability 401(k) with Employer Contribution + Flexible Spending Accounts Malpractice Insurance Provided (W2 only) Clinician-Led, Physician-Owned Group Professional development, mentoring, and wellness support Practice Overview: Primary Location : St. Joseph’s Medical Center – Stockton, CA Practice Environment : 355-bed regional medical center (CommonSpirit Hospital System) The Anesthesiology department is diverse, consisting of 14 physicians, over 30 independent-practice CRNAs, and 24 Residents (8-10 daily on site) providing services for up to 16 anesthetizing locations daily to include acute care ORs, cardiac ORs, obstetrics, GI/endo, cath lab, interventional radiology, a hospital ambulatory surgery center, and a new venture with a local orthopedics surgery center. The annual anesthesia case volume is approx. 14,300 cases, consisting of ~ 9,000 surgical cases, 800 cardiac cases, and 2,000 out-of-OR cases in GI, EP lab/Cath Lab, and interventional radiology.
