Keeps record of care given. Takes vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, and pulse oximetry) and performs adult bedside blood glucose monitoring when appropriate. This position requires a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to help nursing staff provide quality health care for persons in a home-like setting.
