Responsibilities: Medication Administration: Accurately administer prescribed medications to residents in accordance with facility protocols and physician orders. Ensure proper documentation of medication administration and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervising nurse. Resident Monitoring: Observe and document changes in residents' conditions, including vital signs and any adverse reactions to medications. Communicate observations and concerns to the nursing staff and assist with any necessary follow-up actions. Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized medication storage area. Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic and safe environment for residents.
