What You’ll Do As a Medical Assistant at Ageless Men’s Health, you’ll play an essential role in creating an exceptional patient experience while supporting both the clinical and front office operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet patients, check them in, and help maintain a welcoming, professional clinic atmosphere. Support front office operations including scheduling, answering phones, and processing payments. Assist clinical staff by preparing injections, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Take patient vitals, perform blood draws , and assist with other clinical procedures as needed. Educate and engage patients about treatment protocols, clinic services, and healthy lifestyle habits. Document patient interactions and procedures accurately in the EMR system. Collaborate closely with the clinic team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional patient outcomes. Requirements Completion of a Medical Assistant or nursing Assistant training program (certification strongly preferred) or at least 1+ year of work experience as a Medical Assistant, Nurse Assistant, etc. Phlebotomy experience (preferred). Current or recent experience in a clinic or outpatient medical setting (preferred). Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday . EMR proficiency and strong attention to detail. Location: Legacy Primary Care Department: Legacy Primary Care Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Medical Assistant I role functions under the clinical supervision of the Physician/Advanced Practice Provider in a primary care practice. This individual assists in the preparation and delivery of patient care as directed by the provider(s) and other licensed clinical personnel. Clinical duties are skillfully and consistently performed per established clinical policy and procedure. Education & Experience: High school diploma required. Required: Either a graduate of an accredited MA school OR a current MA certification. Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification: National certification preferred. Current CPR certification required.
