Caregiver Responsibilities and Requirements: Provides friendly assistance with all activities of daily living and personal care. Minimum hours per week: 15 hours Provides transportation to doctor’s appointments, errands, etc. Must have your own vehicle and a willingness to travel within the Phoenix and surrounding area(s).
