Assistance with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), including help with grooming and other basic needs, will also be necessary. Experience with physical therapy is required, as the caregiver will need to assist with daily exercises and rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing personality and be able to work effectively under pressure. Patience and empathy are vital qualities needed for success in this role.
