Help clients with grooming and dressing, ensuring their personal care needs are met. Remind clients to take self-administered medication (medications they take on their own, with reminders from you). Observe and promptly report any changes in a client’s physical, mental, or emotional condition to your supervisor. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, their families, and co-workers. Participate in ongoing training, staff meetings, and client discussions as needed. Complete accurate documentation of the services you provide. Safely use all equipment and supplies. Protect the confidentiality of all client information. Perform any additional related duties as assigned. Qualifications: 6 months of personal or professional experience. Reliable transportation to and from work. Valid Texas Drivers License and vehicle insurance. Strong communication skills and compassion for helping others. Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
