Key Responsibilities Deliver Exceptional Patient Care: Administer a variety of aesthetic treatments, including laser hair removal, body contouring, injectables, and skin rejuvenation, while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Conduct Patient Consultations: Perform detailed skin assessments, provide personalized treatment recommendations, and educate patients on procedures, aftercare, and expected outcomes. Maintain Clinical Excellence: Enforce LaserAway’s high standards for safety, compliance, and clinical protocols, ensuring every patient receives outstanding care. Mentor and Develop Clinicians: Train and guide clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth to maintain top-tier patient care standards. Support Regional Clinics: Travel as needed to assist in training, standardizing protocols, and maintaining consistent clinical operations across locations. Oversee Inventory and Equipment: Ensure proper inventory management, maintenance of clinical equipment, and adherence to safety protocols. Drive Operational Efficiency: Proactively manage patient schedules and optimize workflows to enhance clinic performance and patient satisfaction. Address Patient Concerns: Monitor and resolve patient feedback through the Patient Concern Queue to build trust and loyalty. Support Sales Initiatives: Educate patients on additional services, treatments, and promotions to help achieve clinic revenue goals. What We’re Looking For Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN/NP/PA license. Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience (1+ year in aesthetics or leadership preferred). Training or mentoring experience is a plus. Skills: Advanced clinical skills in non-surgical aesthetic treatments, strong consultation abilities, and Google Suite proficiency.
