If you are looking for an exceptional work family and a place to call home, this is it!This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY.Key Responsibilities for the Outpatient Cardiology Nurse Practitioner:- Orders, collects, interprets, and evaluates laboratory and other diagnostic tests to assess patient problems and health care needs- Prescribes, recommends and/or employs medical drug therapies or other forms of related therapeutic treatments and procedures or performs indicated procedures in accordance with approved protocols/policies with attention to efficacy, safety, and cost- Recommends interventions to modify behavior associated with health risks- Other responsibilities as assigned based upon needs of the clinic and patientKey Requirements for the Outpatient Cardiology Nurse Practitioner:- Current, Unrestricted Oregon Nurse Practitioner Licensure- Master of Science from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program- Recent Cardiology or Internal Med experience- New NP Grads considered with recent Cardiology RN or Internal Med RN experienceCompensation and Schedule for the Outpatient Cardiology Nurse Practitioner:- Total possible compensation of $140K +- Up to $20K commencement- Annual bonus incentives- Comprehensive benefits plan plus 401k match- Student loan assistance- Four 10-hour days per week (no call requirement)
