CURRENT CLINIC HOURS: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm & Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Associate's Degree
Required Diploma
1 year LPN or related experience Preferred
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - licensed required
