ICU Manager FT Position Available

Primary responsibilities: The ICU Manager Ensures operational efficiency, patient throughput, and patient experience by supporting other clinical and non-clinical team members, both within the department and across the organization. They ensure ICU Critical Care standards of care and workflows are implemented to optimize patient care. They ensure the safe and therapeutic unit environment and will be clinically oriented to work in ICU Critical Care as a staff RN to assist when the team needs exceed the resources. The manager communicates and collaborates with a variety of staff including, nursing leadership, medical staff, ancillary personnel, case management, and other departments within the organization.

Minimal Qualifications:

Required: Associates of Nursing
Preferred: BS
Required: 3+ years’ nursing experience Intensive Care Unit/Critical Care Unit
Required: 2+ years’ leadership experience in an acute care setting
Required: Current RN State License
Required: Current BLS and ACLS
