Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is accountable for the delivery of patient care within the policies, procedures and guidelines of their scope of practice and Henry County Healthcare Center. This includes a variety of direct patient care, nursing assessments and related work. Looking for someone to join our team with long term care experience. Must have current TN licenses, CPR and prior experience preferred. Our residents are our an extension of our family and we need caregivers who are compassionate and willing to go the extra mile for them.

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing

Licenses/Certifications: Current LPN License with the State of Tennessee is required.

Experience:
