We are currently seeking an Assistant Director of Health Services (Assistant Director of Nursing) who is passionate about making a difference for our Bellingham Community!

Position Pay: $85 - 95K annually

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday

The non-negotiables:

Currently licensed RN or LVN
1 year or more of management experience
Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance

What you'll be doing:

Planning, developing, coordinating, mentoring, training and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department while staying in compliance with current federal, state, guidelines, and company’s regulations to secure the highest level of quality care is provided
Training and development of staff development and implementation of programs to enhance resident satisfaction, and establishment of a climate necessary for continuous growth
