Job Summary:

Pinellas Market Float Position with Outstanding Compensation, No call and Autonomy!

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking talented CRNAs interested and open to supporting our sister hospitals in Pinellas County: HCA Florida St. Petersburg Hospital, HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital, HCA Florida Largo Hospital and HCA Florida Northside Hospital. Floating is on an as needed basis (1-3 days/week) and is coordinated through the clinical leadership team at HCA Florida Northside Hospital. Driving distance between Hospitals averages 20 minutes.

Market Float team members receive an additional robust stipend. This no call opportunity promotes a wide scope of practice with autonomy and an excellent work/life balance.

Qualified Candidates/Opportunity highlights:

Diverse mix of cases with No Trauma or Peds:
HCA Florida Northside Hospital– General, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Ophthalmology, Bariatric, Urology.
HCA Florida St. Pete General Hospital – General, OB, GYN, Ortho, Bariatric, Urology, Plastics and Reconstructive surgery – Bread and Butter
HCA Florida Pasadena Hospital– General/Urology/Heavy Ortho – Bread and Butter
HCA Florida Largo Hospital - General Surgery, heavy Ortho, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, and Robotics.
No Call. No Nights. No weekends. Shift model: 8s or 10s. 80 hours bi-weekly.
CRNAs are able to perform Peripheral Nerve Blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
